Nepali Patro USA is a Hindu calendar and Panchang application that provides:

Hindu calendar with Bikram Sambat dates
Panchang information including Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, and Karana
Festival and holiday information
Personal notes and reminders
Bilingual support (English and Nepali)

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission
Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious content

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nepali Patro USA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in our Panchang calculations, we do not guarantee that the information will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nepali Patro USA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
